How to order a Registry-Sticker for a LEZ in Belgium

Required data when ordering a Registry-Sticker
In case of registration for entering a Belgian LEZ  (Low Emission Zone) and, furthermore, purchase of an environmental ticket  (due to insufficient EURO class), a Registry-Sticker will be issued for this purpose. The following data are required:

First name, surname, street, house number, postal code, town and country. In addition, the vehicle registration certificate as well as the proof of the EURO emission standard, the e-mail address, the vehicle registration number, the date of first registration and the vehicle type (car, truck, utility car, bus) are required.
The vehicle registration certificate can be either uploaded with the order or sent directly by e-mail or fax to Green-Zones (for the addresses, see the Contact section).
Optionally and depending on the respective LEZ and its rules, it is necessary to specify the period of time during which the vehicle will enter the LEZ.

Payment and delivery of a Registry-Sticker
The payment of the registration service in a Belgian LEZ as well as, if necessary, the environmental ticket can be made with credit card or advance payment. In case of advance payment, the registration process will last a bit longer (with or without environmental ticket). For a quick registration, you can choose the Express option (see the Info section).

The invoice for the registration service and the purchase of an environmental ticket will be sent by e-mail as personalised Registry-Sticker in PDF format.

If you want to store your individual Registry-Sticker for clarity reasons (in which specified period of time it is allowed to enter a specific LEZ and with which registration number), please print out the Registry-Sticker and keep it in the glove compartment of your vehicle.
